ENABLE.EU at the EU Sustainable Energy Week

Join us at the EU Sustainable Energy Week taking place on June 18-20 in Brussels! ENABLE.EU will participate in a session on What makes consumers tick? Best practices and tools, which will be held on Thursday 20 June, from 9:00-10:30. This session is organised jointly with ESMIG, which represents European Smart Energy solution providers and the H2020 project START2ACT, which strives for more sustainable behaviours at start-ups and SMEs.

ENABLE.EU will be represented by Karina Standal from CICERO and Thomas Pellerin-Carlin from the Jacques Delors Institute. The first part of the EUSEW session will articulate project findings related to consumer and prosumer behaviours. Karina will present our research on how households decide to become prosumers and what role gender plays in this decision and in the use of solar PVs. In a second part of the session, Thomas Pellerin-Carlin will moderate a panel session on the best tools and practices that can be deployed to help consumers to adopt more sustainable behaviours. Register before June 12 to attend the session and learn more.
